A senior real estate paralegal role supporting attorney-led residential and commercial transactions from contract through post-closing. You'll independently manage complex files, draft real estate and loan documents, resolve title issues, and coordinate directly with lenders, agents and clients — including drafting contracts, deeds, notes, and private lender loan packages, and clearing title and curative issues.
